The service

ProfitPeek is an app to log income and expenses across several businesses and see what each one leaves you. It works in the browser, on your phone and on your computer.

Your account

You need a valid email and a password. You’re responsible for activity in your account and for keeping your password safe. You must be at least 18 or the legal age to enter a contract in your country.

Plans and payments

Free: 1 business and 30 AI entries a month, no cost and no card.

Pro: US$7 a month, up to 5 businesses and unlimited AI for normal use. Billing is monthly and automatic until you cancel.

Normal AI use: to protect the service, each Pro account can make up to 100 AI reads a day and 1000 a month, far more than a person logging their own activity needs. If you hit the limit, you can keep logging by hand.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as merchant of record: the charge appears under their name and they calculate and collect any taxes that apply in your country. If we change the price, we’ll email you before your next charge.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from Profile → Manage subscription, or by writing to us. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for; after that your account moves to Free and your data stays. See the refund policy.

Acceptable use

Don’t use ProfitPeek for illegal activity, to try to access other people’s data, to overload the service or to automate bulk use of the AI. We may suspend accounts that do.

Not financial advice

ProfitPeek helps you organize your numbers, but it isn’t an accountant, a financial adviser or a tax adviser. Calculations (including “your pay” and tax reserves) depend on what you log and the percentages you choose. For tax or legal decisions, talk to a professional.

AI can make mistakes

When you use AI to read a note or a receipt, we always show you the result to confirm before saving. Check the amount and the business.

Your data

What you log is yours. We only use it to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.

Availability and liability

We work to keep ProfitPeek running, but there may be interruptions or errors. The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes to these terms

If we change them, we update the date above and email you about important changes. If you keep using ProfitPeek after a change, you accept the new terms.
